For $4,999 you get end-to-end project management with a bilingual coordinator here in NZ. We find and independently verify manufacturers, make custom samples, sort your logo and packaging, negotiate the contract, track production, check quality and manage shipping. After that, a 12% management fee applies to orders, with no minimum spend.

Yes. Send us the exact fabric or fibre you want, with a spec sheet or swatch if you have one, and we’ll only shortlist factories that can supply it or a verified equivalent. You approve it in the sample before anything goes into production, so there are no surprises in bulk.

No. We’re a service, not your supplier, so we don’t set minimums. We work to your target quantity. Factories do set their own minimums, and we negotiate with them on your behalf to find a starting quantity that suits your business and budget.

No. The fee covers our time, knowledge and management. Product cost, samples, freight, duty and GST are separate. NZ Customs charges 15% GST on the goods value plus duty, freight and insurance, so we help you work out a full landed cost before you commit to an order.

Your approved sample becomes the golden sample, with your logo, tags, sizes and every detail locked in. Before shipping, our team goes to the factory and checks your goods against it, measuring and photographing them and checking colour and logo. You see the report and sign off before anything ships.

Most projects take three months or more from start to delivery. Supplier research takes about two weeks, and sampling usually takes three to four weeks. Production often runs under four weeks once you approve the sample, and then it ships. Lunar New Year factory shutdowns can add time, so we plan around them.
