The services described in these Terms and Conditions are carried out by EPIC SUPPLY CHAINS LIMITED. The website (www.epicsourcing.co.nz) is owned and operated by EPIC SUPPLY CHAINS LIMITED, located at 1 Drake Street, CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
These Terms comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law. For goods: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. For services: you are entitled to have the services supplied again or a refund if they fail to meet consumer guarantees.
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EPIC SUPPLY CHAINS LIMITED (doing business as Epic Sourcing) concerning your access to and use of the epicsourcing.co.nz website and related services.
2.2 By accessing our site or services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2.3 We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 This site is directed to people residing in New Zealand and Australia. Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

White Label is our comprehensive product sourcing hub tailored for eCommerce entrepreneurs in New Zealand. We help businesses find and secure high-quality products from verified, industry-leading suppliers. Our process covers: personalised consultation and discovery; supplier matching with verified factories; sampling, customisation, and packaging; order placement and shipping coordination; and ongoing sourcing support. Fulfilment and inventory management is available at additional cost upon request.
Out Source is designed for small to medium-sized businesses in New Zealand looking to build scalable supply chains and source products directly from verified manufacturers.
Stage 1 — Prospecting, Feasibility, and Sampling: consultation and research; manufacturer prospecting and verification; preliminary quotes; sample orders and shipping; sample assessment and adjustment; detailed quotes with landed costs.
Stage 2 — Full Production and Supply Chain Setup: contract negotiation; order placement; production monitoring; quality control and factory visits; shipping and logistics management; customs and inbound logistics; and post-purchase support.
Secret Source transforms your product ideas into reality through custom manufacturing. Stage 1 — Manufacturer Prospecting and Feasibility Study. Stage 2 — Prototype Manufacturing: planning, prototype development, testing, and sign-off. Stage 3 — Full Production and Quality Control: order placement, production monitoring, quality control, factory visits, and shipping management.
Additional services include Supply Chain Diversification, Warehousing and 3PL Solutions, Freight Forwarding, Factory Audits, and Quality Control Inspections. Our pricing is hourly-rate based — we earn no commission on order values. Our bilingual team (Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking) operates across Auckland, China, and Vietnam.
4.1 We accept credit card or bank transfer. Payment is required 100% in advance before services are provided or goods are shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 All prices are in NZD and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added to the total as required by New Zealand law.
4.3 Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services until all outstanding payments are settled.
4.4 Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. All transactions are processed in NZD; currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.1 Our services are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and specifications. We will communicate any delays promptly. Acceptance of a service is deemed to occur once confirmed in writing, or after 7 days without objection.
5.2 You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation required for us to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by your failure to meet these responsibilities may affect agreed delivery timelines.
6.1 Unless otherwise agreed, we do not offer refunds for services once initiated, due to the commitment of resources. Where a refund is agreed upon, the terms will be documented and signed by both parties.
6.2 If you have a concern regarding a refund or return, please contact us directly at kiaora@epicsourcing.co.nz or 0800 883 742. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
7.1 Our liability for any claims is strictly limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Maximum liability is NZD $5,000 or the amount you paid us in the past 6 months, whichever is greater.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7.3 We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or governmental actions (force majeure).
8.1 All information, designs, or proprietary materials you provide to us will be treated with strict confidentiality. We are willing to sign NDAs where sensitive IP is involved.
8.2 Any use of your IP by us will be strictly for the purposes agreed in our service contract. Any IP developed based on your materials remains your property.
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.
9.2 The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may request mediation, before proceeding to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand), conducted in Auckland.
10.1 EPIC SUPPLY CHAINS LIMITED is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). We collect personal information to provide and manage our services, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.
10.2 We may transfer your information to service providers in China and Vietnam and will take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected. You have the right to access and correct your personal information. Complaints may be lodged with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand).
EPIC SUPPLY CHAINS LIMITED reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
