MPI & Biosecurity: If your white label product contains organic materials (wood, bamboo, leather, natural fibres), it must comply with MPI biosecurity requirements. We flag these during the sourcing stage — not after your container is sitting at the port.
Product Safety & Labelling: Consumer products sold in NZ must meet safety standards under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Product Safety Act. For electronics, this includes RCM requirements.
NZ Customs & Duty: Most consumer goods attract a 5% import duty + GST. Some product categories benefit from CPTPP preferential rates when sourced from Vietnam.
